Emma has been living and working in Grand Cayman since 1997. Originally from England, she spent the first 12 years of her working life in the wine industry in London, then on Grand Cayman, buying and selling wine and then teaching people how to enjoy it and serve it. Deciding to move on to ‘bigger formats’, she transitioned to real estate in 2002 and completed her Cayman Islands Real Estate Brokers Association exams in 2003. “I enjoy my work. It is about developing relationships with people, sometimes they are not ready to buy or sell at the time but I am happy to offer them my professional opinion if it helps them reach the right decision. I love being part of the process of making people realize their dreams. An investment in real estate is probably one of the largest that people make in their life time; it’s great to be part of that and making it happen for people.
