Originally from the United States, Tracy has lived and worked in the Cayman Islands since the mid-1980s. He is well known in the Cayman business and financial community, having been a senior bank manager and lender for over 25 years before moving into the real estate industry in 2005, when he became the joint manager/broker of a family owned property management and real estate firm. Tracy subsequently joined the Coldwell Banker team in 2010 and brings a wealth of experience to the brokerage and their clients through his extensive knowledge of property conveyance and real estate finance structure. Tracy and his wife Wendy have 2 children, Lauren and Cody.
