James was born and raised in Ireland and attended the Ivy League school of Hospitality management at Cornell University, Ithaca NY. James relocated to the Cayman Islands to join the management team of the Ritz-Carlton resort in 2008.He has been investing in Real estate since he was a student, always seeking potentially high yielding assets that are normally under market value.
Prior to having put down strong roots in the community, James’s hospitality career has transgressed many countries. From Hotels and Resorts in continental Europe, to the UK & Ireland. James spent 10 years at the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman Resort, most recently as Executive Director of Residences, presiding over the entire Resorts real-estate Portfolio. James’s attention to detail and exceptional relationship skills ensured that his many international clients received legendary service in all aspects of their ownership at the resort. He has a unique ability to connect people, where many former clients have now become either business partners, repeat clients and most importantly friends.
