Martin is an associate with Century 21 Thompson Realty in Grand Cayman, he specializes in delivering a personalized service, with attention to detail, to clients seeking to sell, purchase or rent either apartments, condominiums, houses or land in the Cayman Islands.
Martin is originally from the UK and prior to joining Century21 he worked for over 35 years in senior positions within the Cayman Islands financial industry. He provided independent director and administration services to a variety of special purpose/structured finance vehicles on behalf of airlines, banks, corporate entities, financial institutions, high net worth individuals, investment managers and law firms, largely from the USA, but also from Asia, Europe Middle East and South America. He has experience in complex financial transactions, especially CLO/CDO, loan funded, note issue and secularization transactions, aircraft financing and leasing activities, private equity, funds management and trust administration.
During his career in the Cayman Islands, Martin was previously employed with Intertrust, MaplesFS, Queensgate Bank & Trust Company, Butterfield Bank and Bank of Nova Scotia Trust Company. Associations:
