Michael spent 18 years as a lending banker before deciding to switch careers and opened Regal Realty. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge about banking lending practices and is happy to assist Regal’s customers with their borrowing requirements. Originally from England, he has lived in the Cayman Islands since 1980 and has an in-depth knowledge of the local property market as well as many contacts within the broader business community. He enjoys assisting customers as well as operating Regal Realty along with co-founder – Sandi Simmons.
