Alecia Chin Yee brings a unique perspective to the Cayman Islands Real Estate market. Born and grown up in the Cayman Islands she has extensive knowledge of all three Islands. Alecia began working in real estate over 10 years ago straight out of college at Cayman Islands Properties as a Brokers PA & Realtor, she then moved five years later to Edgewater Development. Edgewater were thrilled to encourage her to take some time to pursue her passion for food and culinary art and in 2012 she embarked upon her BSC in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management. She returned to Edgewater in 2015 after getting married and having two sons but was adamant that her learning and education was not finished. Through a scholarship from the Edgewater Group Alecia is currently studying her MSC in Business Management from the University of Liverpool in England whilst also being a committed and full time Real Estate Agent and Office Manager at Edgewater Properties.
When she is not in the office Alecia loves to spend time with her husband and young family, she enjoys cooking and her and her husband have developed quite the reputation for sensational jerk chicken & jerk pork . They enjoy socializing with friends at their family home and showing people the wonderful island life they feel very lucky to lead !
