Her passion for real estate emerged from years of traveling the world in vintage cars and staying in private luxury villas, residences, and boutique hotels. This experience gave her an innate understanding of design, comfort, and high-end living. Ruba’s real estate journey began in Kuwait, where she assisted expat families in finding upscale properties across the Arabian Gulf.

After 18 years in London working as a BBC and independent radio/film producer, followed by a decade running her own brand and marketing agency, Ruba shifted her focus to luxury real estate in the Cayman Islands in 2019. She combines her creative expertise and marketing skills to showcase properties as lifestyle experiences, not just buildings.
