Kass Coleman fell in love for The Cayman Islands in 1986 when she first came to visit some college friends who grew up here in Cayman. So began a career serving Cayman, first as a Flight Attendant for Cayman Airways, the National Airline, then moving into the Sales & Marketing Department, where she stayed until 1992. The change that made all the difference came in 1993 when she became a sales associate with the relatively new franchise to Cayman, RE/MAX Fist Realty, which started in 1991 (it became RE/MAX Cayman Islands in 1996). Over the years, she has achieved many awards through the RE/MAX Franchise; Hall of Fame, Platinum Club, Chairman's Club, Top Producer, Circle of Legends and a consistent placer within the top 10 in the International division of Sales Associates for RE/MAX agents since 1997. Her career has been marked with many achievements indeed, but none as great at the reward of friendships and making buyers and sellers happy and the experience of buying and selling an enjoyable one.
