About Me:

Anita Fausett-Khan is a native of Guyana, South America and a long-term resident of the Cayman Islands. She moved to Grand Cayman in 1980 and enjoys every single day that is spent on this beautiful island. Anyone who happens to meet Anita, can truly say that her warm personality, honesty and South American charm make her unforgettable.

She firmly believes that anyone who has the ability to invest in real estate should do so, especially in the Cayman Islands. The three islands offer real estate opportunities for the discerning investor or the vacationer who wants that proverbial 'sugar-shack' on an island paradise. Whatever the size of your investment, Anita is capable of assisting you throughout the process and beyond. Your real estate needs are important to her!

Anita achieved her education while working as the Office Manager for an Interior Design Company and filling in as the week-end Announcer for a radio station. No small feat, she received her Associate of Science Degree in Business with a concentration in Broadcasting Management, a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Communication and a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources from the International College of the Cayman Islands (ICCI).

Ms. Fausett-Khan has enjoyed the various career paths taken as Office Manager, Freedom of Information Manager and Director of Admissions at her alma mater. This is a path well taken for Anita and has helped her to hone in on her education, skills and experience which she now bring to the real estate industry in the Cayman Islands.

Those quiet moments when Anita is not busy working for you as a Real Estate Agent, she volunteers her time as a member of the non-profit, Lean on Me Foundation and serves as the Chair for the International College of the Cayman Islands Alumni Association (ICCIAA).
